$996 per semester, effectively $249 per month (lease is for both Fall and Spring Semester), and $135 a month in the summer.
4 bdrm, 2 bthrm apartments, each bedroom has a vanity and sink in it. Apartments are large, with extra storage closets. (Floor plans are identical to Shady Brook).
Washer and dryer in each unit, free for the tenants to use. Jetted tubs in the bathrooms, and Pergo wood flooring.
Each apartment is furnished with a dishwasher, microwave, leather couch, dinette set, and a twin bed and dresser in each bedroom.
Mandalay is a 12 plex built in 2000, located just 4 1/2 blocks south of campus on the east side of the freeway. There is plenty of parking.
The bedrooms are 8'8" by 11' excluding the vanity and doorway. The vanity is 2'3" by 2'8". The inside of the closet is 4'5" by 1'9". The dressers are 2'8" by 1'6".
