- Front bdrms are larger w/ more closet space--rent for $1,280 per semester (academic school year lease). Summer rent for larger bedrooms--$165 per month.
- Back bdrms are smaller-- rent for $1,180 per semester (academic school year lease); summer rent--$155 a month.
- Shared bedroom contracts for Fall/Spring, $880 per semester; $1,040 for a private room in a six-person apartment. (Girls Only!)
- Located 1 block from campus, 3 minutes' walking distance to campus. Grocery store, restaurants & shops also located within easy walking distance.
- Deposit $200 for Fall/Spring and Summer Semesters, with $150 refundable.
- Kitchens have tile floors and maple cabinets.
- Furnished w/ dishwasher, microwave, leather couch, dinette set, and a twin bed and dresser per student.
- Windsor is considered to be the nicest off-campus single-student apartment complex in Cedar City.
