• Shady Brook $996 per semester. Summer $135 per month.
• Mandalay Apartments $996 per semester. Summer $135 per month
• Windsor Apartments $1,180 & $1,280 per semester (for larger bedrooms).  Summer $155/$165 per month.
• Academy Square $1,096 per semester .  Summer $150 per month.
• Shared bedroom contracts at Windsor only, $880 per semester; $1,040 for a private room in a six-person apartment (two private bedrooms and two-shared bedrooms).

• If you would like to stay in any of our apartments please complete the "Rental Application" and mail us a Contract for the Apartment Complex.
